We offer refunds to your original payment method on all full price items returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery. Sale or discounted items are valid for a return to e-gift card only.
You must notify us of your return via our returns portal or e-mail within 14 days from the date of delivery. This policy applies for all payment methods including Buy now & Pay Later payment methods.

Returns must adhere to the following:
- In original packaging
- No signs of wash/wear
- Tags must not be damaged or removed
- No stains/hairs/odours
- Underwear and swimwear must have hygiene seal intact
We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above. You will be responsible for covering the costs of the item being returned.
Purchases made between the 13th of November and the 22nd of December can be returned up until the 5th January 2025.
